Allied Arts Facebook Cause - Give $10, Get 10 Note Cards
Hi guys,
We are SO EXCITED to announce that Allied Arts officially has a Facebook cause. What’s really cool about our cause is that if you donate $10 or more through it, you’ll receive a set of 10 note cards featuring children’s artwork.
This artwork was created by local children participating in Allied Arts member agency programs. The children interpreted famous masterpieces to produce amazing works of art!
$10 gets you 10 note cards in 2010. To join our cause, visit: http://tinyurl.com/ArtsCause
PLEASE check out our cause and pass it along to your friends. Each dollar counts as we work towards our goal of raising $2.85 million for Central Oklahoma arts programs.
One of our fantastic note cards designs...can you guess which famous painting it is?

CityCard Spotlight: Java Dave's in Downtown OKC
On Today’s Center Stage – Java Dave’s in Downtown OKC
Who doesn’t love Java Dave’s? I’m particularly a fan because it’s so Oklahoma to me (love supporting local businesses!).
We had to have Jave Dave’s on the CityCard – both because it’s a delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner spot and because it’s down the street from our office (we are frequent visitors).
Java Dave’s in Downtown OKC offers 15% off to CityCard holders. This discount serves me well when I pop in for lunch or pick up breakfast. In fact, I saved $3 this week when I picked up some muffins, bagels and breads for a morning meeting.
I hope you’ll grab lunch at Java Dave’s sometime this week or next and flash your CityCard. I like to build my own lunch by ordering their fruit plate with a side of French fries. I figure they balance each other out.
Check out Java Dave’s menu http://www.javadavescoffeeokc.com/. And to get your CityCard, visit www.okcitycard.com.

We Want You! Young Patrons Recruiting Event
For all of you arts fans age 40 and under, there is a GREAT way to show your support for the arts in OKC. Join the Young Patrons - Allied Arts young professionals group. Member benefits include monthly arts activities, invitations to Circle Club events and two tickets to ARTini.
Interested? Come to our recruiting event on Tuesday, April 27th. Details are below! Remember to RSVP to rsvp@alliedartsokc.com.

CityCard Spotlight: Oklahoma City Thunder
On Today’s Center Stage – Oklahoma City Thunder Basketball
After last night’s thriller of a game, my thoughts are still on basketball. Hence today’s CityCard spotlight on the Oklahoma City Thunder.
We felt like we nailed a slam dunk when the Oklahoma City Thunder Basketball agreed to a CityCard discount. Thunder games are already a blast, but rooting for our stellar team at a discount? Score!
With your CityCard, you get 2-for-1 admission to the Loud City section for all Wednesday and Sunday games. That means a family of four (or a four-some of friends) can go to a Thunder game for $20. I’d pay that any day to see Rumble.
Tomorrow the Thunder is playing the Denver Nuggets at 7 pm. Grab your CityCard and head to the Ford Center for some basketball action.
Don’t have a CityCard? Gets yours at www.okcitycard.com. And for a full Thunder schedule, visit www.nba.com/thunder.

CityCard Spotlight: Legacy Cleaners & Laundry
On Today’s Center Stage – Legacy Cleaners & Laundry
Bailey and I always joke that our CityCard spotlights tend to focus a bit too much on food and shopping (two of our passions). We’re shaking it up today by shining the spotlight on Legacy Cleaners & Laundry.
Legacy offers CityCard holders 15% off dry cleaning and laundry. That’s a pretty fantastic deal when you think of it…it leaves you with more money to spend on fun stuff (like food and shopping).
With Easter coming up, I figured that you might have some dry cleaning to drop off after the big holiday (Easter dress, anyone?). Check out Legacy…they have locations across Oklahoma City and Edmond and they’re locally owned (major plus for all of us trying to support local businesses!)
Your CityCard is valid at three Edmond locations and three OKC locations. Check with the location first, before you expect your CityCard discount.
Not a CityCard holder? You’re crazy to miss out on all of these discounts and deals! Get yours at www.okcitycard.com.

Calling all Easter dresses! Legacy Cleaners & Laundry will clean you right up!
