On September 22 – this Wednesday – Deep Fork Grill will host a dinner featuring former Top Chef contestant and Chicago celebrity chef Valerie Bolon with a portion of the proceeds to benefit Allied Arts. She will create an extraordinary four-course meal highlighting local produce to be paired with wines from Heartland Vineyards in Australia. In addition, the winemaker from Heartland Vineyards will be in attendance to facilitate the enjoyment of his coveted wines.
The evening starts with cocktails at 6 pm followed by dinner at 7pm. Tickets are $65 per guest plus tax and gratuity.

Chef Bolon gained experience cooking in the kitchens of acclaimed Chicago restaurants as well as the world-renowned Emeril's Restaurant in New Orleans. She is retiring this year so this is your chance to taste a master’s work!
