September is here! And what does that mean for Oklahoma? It’s time for the Great State Fair!

The State Fair will run from September 16 – 26 this year and has some amazing activities!  Along with agricultural and craft shows, you’ll find all the fried food you can eat, thrilling rides and games galore. 

The fair has a pretty stacked concert line-up for 2010. Gate admission will get you access to see Eli Young Band (one of my personal favorites), Grand Funk Railroad, Disney star Mitchell Musso, Matt Morris and, the man that’s 2 legit 2 quit, MC Hammer.

Speaking of admission, you can get 2-for-1 advance outside gate admission with your OKCityCard! Here’s the deal – you’ve got to buy your tickets before September 15 in person from the arena box office. Not a big task if you know you want to go to the fair. You’ll get to skip that huge ticket line when you get there and get those kids straight to the rides!
